You can delete your account in the app

1. Open MuyVerbs.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Your Data.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm deletion.

If you no longer have access to the app

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

Please use the subject: Delete MuyVerbs Account

Please include the email address used for your MuyVerbs account.

What we delete

• Your MuyVerbs account profile
• Your email address and display name stored in MuyVerbs
• Your learning progress
• Quiz statistics, streaks, unlocked levels, and favourites
• Subscription status stored in MuyVerbs

What may be kept

• Google Play purchase and subscription records may remain with Google Play for billing, tax, fraud prevention, refund, and legal compliance.
• RevenueCat subscription records may be retained where required for subscription management, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
• Support messages or deletion request emails may be retained for up to 24 months for customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
